Director, Employee Experience and Culture

Elevate employee experience at Vital Infrastructure as Director of Employee Experience and Culture. This senior role focuses on developing impactful people strategies across global operations. As part of the People & Culture team, you will lead efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. Your ability to manage employee relations and provide hands-on support will ensure a compliant and quality-focused environment for employees in multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive People & Culture strategy aligning with business goals
- Implement core HR processes including onboarding and engagement
- Manage sensitive employee relations issues professionally
- Collaborate on total rewards and compensation initiatives
- Lead change management and organizational effectiveness
- 10+ years in progressive HR roles
- University degree in Human Resources or similar
- REIT or financial services experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder influence
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
