Chief People and Culture Executive

Raising the Village

Lead cultural transformation at Raising The Village as the Chief People and Culture Officer. This remote role requires innovative thinking to enhance organizational effectiveness and strengthen talent management practices across global operations. Raising The Village (RTV) is seeking a Chief People and Culture Officer to guide their people strategy. With over 20 years of experience required, this senior executive will work closely with the CEO to shape leadership, culture, and workforce transformation. This role involves defining global people practices, coaching leaders, and participating in international travel to support multiple regions aligned with RTV's mission. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define a multi-year global people strategy
  • Partner with the CEO to shape enterprise strategy
  • Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive organizational culture
  • Lead workforce planning and succession strategies
  • Oversee HR operations ensuring compliance
Requirements:
  • 20+ years in HR leadership, 7 in global roles
  • Experience as a Chief People Officer or similar
  • Strong background in organizational development
  • Proven capability in complex global environments
  • Relevant HR certifications preferred
