Director, People Lead for Manufacturing

Become a key HR leader as the Director, MSC Canada & People Lead, specializing in manufacturing environments. Oversee strategy and foster a unifying culture across multiple sites. In your role as Director, you will provide expert HR leadership across five plants and two distribution centers in Canada, ensuring smooth execution of HR programs and policies. Your commitment to stakeholder engagement and compliance will be vital in navigating the complexities of labour relations. You will also leverage data insights to enhance talent acquisition and workforce effectiveness, driving continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multi-site HR policies and procedures
- Drive labour relations strategies in unionized settings
- Enhance cultural engagement through leadership coaching
- Coordinate talent management and career-pathing initiatives
- Align HR strategies with business objectives
- 10+ years of regional HR leadership experience
- 3+ years in Labour Relations in a union context
- Experience in manufacturing or supply-chain sectors
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma standards
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
