Sales Support Team Administrator

Job Responsibility:
Mortgage Brokers Ottawa is Growing! We are expanding our fantastic team to include another person in our industry leading business. We offer a fun work environment, Monday to Friday work hours, casual dress code and a benefit package including health and dental benefits. We work on a hybrid work from home program, with 3 days a week in the office to better collaborate with colleagues and 2 days each week from your home office for flexibility. We offer 3 weeks of vacation to start, in addition to 1 "Me Day" a month of time off in 7 months of the year.
- Sales Support Team - Administrator :
- Process Mortgage Applications in Filogix and create profiles in database
- Prepare Mortgage Compliance documents and audit files once signed
- Reception back up - answer all incoming calls, and respond to caller's inquiries in a positive, professional manner
- Pick up and sort internal mail
- Arrange meeting room schedule and bookings
- Update phone and distribution lists
- Maintain and update internal Lender Rate database
- Appraisals- order, follow up and review appraisal reports in accordance to the lenders policies
- Assist with monthly Marketing emails
- Order Marketing material
- Assist in event planning and execution
Skills:
- Self-starter, demonstrates initiative, able to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Possess excellent time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry an asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
