On-Site Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Ensure automotive compliance success as an On-Site Regulatory Compliance Officer, specializing in organizational analysis and quality management standards. This position demands your analytical and supervisory expertise. You will utilize 2-3 years of experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree to analyze and advise on managerial policies, develop training programs, and improve operational systems. Effective communication and a focus on quality will be crucial in managing a small team and overseeing budgetary aspects. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide advice on managerial methods
- Establish quality assurance and management protocols
- Conduct research to assess policy effectiveness
- Propose enhancements to operations and systems
- Direct and mentor a team of 3-4 individuals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar
- 2-3 years' experience in a compliance or managerial role
- Proficient in Excel VBA, MS Word, and QuickBooks
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
