Your responsibilities include reviewing regulatory filings, managing AML escalations, and enhancing policies to maintain compliance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain AML compliance programs
- Handle AML escalations per regulatory guidelines
- Review FINTRAC filings for accuracy
- Oversee STR determinations and provide feedback
- Recommend AML policy enhancements
- Post-secondary education in Law, Finance, or similar
- Minimum three years in AML regulatory compliance
- CAMS certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
