E&C Associate Director of Investigations

Lead complex investigations for ethics at our firm as the E&C Associate Director. Manage a high-impact team, enhancing compliance and solving multifaceted concerns while driving continuous improvement. As the Associate Director of Investigations within the Ethics & Compliance program, you will shape and lead a dynamic team handling intricate investigation matters. This role involves overseeing operations, coaching investigators, and refining processes to achieve consistency and effectiveness. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to align investigations with regulatory requirements, ensuring all risks are identified and addressed. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the firm’s investigations team in compliance reviews
- Oversee and mentor investigators throughout the process
- Review and report on investigative operations and outcomes
- Drive enhancements in investigative processes and guidelines
- Support training and development within the team
- Bachelor’s degree; JD preferred
- 10+ years in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles
- Extensive experience managing complex investigations
- Proficiency in case management technologies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
