West Digital is a Montreal-based web development and digital marketing agency. We work with clients across e-commerce, health, and professional services — building websites, running ads, and managing ongoing digital operations. We're a small, tight team, and we move fast.

We're looking for someone to sit between our clients and our internal team. You'll own the day-to-day: client updates, project tracking, coordinating with developers and designers, monitoring paid media performance, and keeping everything moving.

What you'll do

You'll be the main point of contact for client accounts. That means sending weekly updates, answering questions, flagging issues before they become problems, and keeping clients feeling taken care of.

• On the project side, you'll live in our project management tool. Tasks get created, assigned, and tracked. You'll run internal check-ins with developers and designers, push projects forward, and conduct QA on deliverables before anything goes to a client. When requests fall outside of project scope, you'll flag them and communicate the impact clearly.
• Paid media is part of the role. You'll monitor performance across Google Ads and Meta, pull reports, ask the right questions, and translate results into clear client-facing updates. You don't need to be a specialist, but you need to know what good looks like.
• On the email marketing side, the platform you'll need to be comfortable with is Klaviyo — flows, campaigns, segmentation, and optimization are things you'll touch depending on the account.
• We work with AI tools daily. Comfort with LLMs, an AI-first mindset, and the ability to adapt as these tools evolve are things we look for. You should understand what AI can do, where it falls short, and how to apply it practically to get work done faster and better.

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years in an agency, account management, project management, or digital marketing role
• Comfortable talking to clients and equally comfortable inside a project management tool
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads — enough to read performance and have an informed conversation
• Experience with Klaviyo
• Fluent in English; French is an asset
• Based in Montreal (West Island), available to work in-office
