Paid Media Account Strategist

Own paid media strategy remotely for Blacksmith Agency, using Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads across Canada, South Africa, or the USA.

As a Paid Media Account Strategist, you manage B2B and growing-brand client accounts. You will direct targeting, budgets, bidding, creative testing, tracking, and attribution. The role also includes building roadmaps and explaining performance narratives during client calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
• Allocate budgets, adjust bids, and direct targeting
• Test creative and decide when campaigns should end
• Maintain conversion tracking and attribution through GA4
• Own roadmaps, client narratives, retention, and account growth

Requirements:

• Three or more years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
• Experience building, running, and optimizing campaigns personally
• Proven movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
• Clear spoken English for live calls with United States clients
