The Sales Development Program is an opportunity for recent graduates to complete a comprehensive program that is designed to prepare you for an Account Manager position in our extensive network. Qualifications:

• Completion of College Diploma or University Degree
• Demonstrated record of fostering positive relationships with a customer service mindset
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and can balance multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills
• Exceptional level of curiosity, drive, learning agility and self-motivation
• Willingness and ability to relocate within Ontario
• Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
