Job Summary: Reporting to your Team Leader and Supervisor, as a GARAGE/ DYNAMITE Customer Relationship Ambassador, you are the voice of the brand. You are genuine and you care about the people around you. Your mission is to create an unforgettable and personalized digital experience, building authentic, trust-worthy, and long-term relationships with our community while ensuring you are always one step ahead. - Digital Concierge : Deliver instant, elevated support across email and live chat, transforming simple interactions into a truly luxurious online experience.
- Brand Devotion Curator : Handle service recovery, turning every challenge into a powerful loyalty moment with solutions that feel seamless, intentional, and distinctly VIP.
- Experience Archivist : Keep every interaction documented with precision, ensuring the customer journey feels curated, not chaotic.

- Customer‑Obsessed : With 1+ years of Contact Centre experience, you understand what exceptional experience looks like and you deliver it consistently.
- Educated & Prepared : You hold a college‑level diploma (DEC, technical diploma, or equivalent).
