Job Summary:

The Strategy & Operations Analyst will serve as the ‘analytical engine' for the Office of the President. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this individual will bridge the gap between high-level strategic vision and operational execution. They will be responsible for turning raw data and ‘hallway conversations' into actionable insights, executive presentations, and tracked KPIs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive quantitative and qualitative analysis to diagnose operational bottlenecks or surface new growth opportunities;
• Design and ‘package' high-stakes materials for Board meetings, C-suite offsites, and All-Hands presentations;
• Build and maintain ‘Source of Truth' dashboards to track top priorities and cross-functional performances;
• Research, synthesize, and ‘package' strategic inputs and briefing materials ahead of executive offsites and other strategic functions;
• Act as a high-agency utility player deployed to critical, time-sensitive initiatives;
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to brief the CoS and President ahead of key decisions.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of high-performance experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a BizOps role in a fast-paced environment;
• Mastery of data modelling (Excel/Google Sheets) and executive storytelling (PowerPoint/Google Slides). Technical comfort with BI tools (Sigma/Snowflake) is a significant advantage;
• Ability to take a vague business problem, break it down into a logical framework, and propose a data-backed solution;
• High business acumen; ability to hear a complex problem and break it down into a logical framework;
• "Low ego, high impact." They should be comfortable working behind the scenes and possess the ‘hunger' to learn how a C-suite operates.
