Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by assisting them with their parts needs, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Process orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
- Handle cash transactions and manage cashiering duties with accuracy.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Market available parts and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
- maintain a well-organized parts department.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using Excel for data management and reporting.
- Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar role is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Strong cash handling experience and familiarity with cashiering processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
