This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate transactions, including asset acquisitions, reorganizations, and due diligence. You will be integral in drafting key legal documents and supporting complex transactions while mentoring junior law clerks. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support for complex corporate transactions
- Prepare documents for acquisitions and corporate reorganizations
- Conduct complex due diligence reviews and analysis
- Attend organizational meetings and assist in drafting agreements
- Maintain record-keeping systems and corporate databases
- Minimum 10 years of relevant corporate law experience
- College Degree/Certificate in Law Clerk studies or equivalent
- Proficiency in due diligence and corporate documentation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with ALF database is a plus
