Your new role  

As a Senior Corporate Law Clerk, you will be part of a shared service model supporting private equity lawyers across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.

In this role, you will:

• Support corporate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and ongoing corporate maintenance
• Draft and review corporate documents, resolutions, and deal materials
• Manage minute books and corporate records across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Assist with due diligence, closings, and post‑closing matters
• Collaborate with a centralized legal team, working within a shared workflow model across multiple lawyers and files
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and cross‑border teams
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency within a fast‑paced environment

What you'll need to succeed  

• A minimum of 4 years of strong experience as a corporate law clerk (private equity or transactional exposure strongly preferred)
• A detail‑oriented, highly organized approach with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
• Experience supporting complex, high‑volume deal environments
• Confidence working independently while also thriving in a team‑based, shared workload model
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with high levels of professionalism and discretion
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment

• $130,000–$160,000 base salary, plus bonus potential
• 3–4 weeks’ vacation (based on experience)
