Business Management Consultant

ADVANCEMENT ADVISORS CORP.
Our business management consultant will do the following:
Evaluating and advising on business management practices, operational structure, and organizational strategies for small enterprises.Conducting research and performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of existing business policies, programs, and workflows.
Recommending improvements to operations, staffing, recordkeeping, internal communications, and security procedures to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Performing internal audits and assisting in the development of quality management systems, including support for ISO certification readiness.
Guiding business owners through regulatory requirements, helping ensure compliance, and preparing necessary documentation for regulatory filings.
Supporting business restructuring and process reengineering to adapt to market changes or growth opportunities.
Coordinating or overseeing support staff or research assistants on a project basis, as needed. Preference is given to Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents or Open Work Permit holder.
