Insurance Operations Manager

At CAA Saskatchewan, we deliver trusted insurance solutions and exceptional Member experiences. We are seeking a strategic, people-focused leader to strengthen our insurance operations. Reporting to the General Manager, Insurance Operations, this role leads operational performance, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead insurance operations including service teams, administration, Contact Centre, and complianceDevelop and execute strategies aligned with business goals
Support planning, forecasting, and performance measurement
Build and coach high-performing teams
Drive process improvements and system optimization (e.g., Applied EPIC)
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls
Monitor metrics and support budgeting decisions
Collaborate with brokers, partners, and internal teams Skills & Qualifications: Leadership experience in insurance or brokerage operations
Strong knowledge of workflows, compliance, and regulations
Experience driving operational improvements and change
Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
Ability to coach and develop leaders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and brokerage systems Post-secondary education, 7-10 years of progressive insurance experience, licensing and designations (CIP/CAIB/FCIP) are assets. Travel within Saskatchewan is required. For full job posting details, please go on the CAA website. How to apply:
