Expected Start Date: June 26, 2026 Union: CUPE Facility: Regina Pioneer Village City/Town: Regina Department: Plant Maintenance Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Extended Shift Hours (11.78) Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 13 $27.990 to $30.000 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job : Operates and monitors computerized building control systems and maintains facility/plant systems and equipment. Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Building Systems Technician certificate
Licenses
- 5th Class Power Engineer certificate
- 3rd Class Power Engineer Certificate
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Refrigeration certificate, where required
- Pool Operator certificate, where required
