Operations & Procedures: Determine the type of services offered, implement operational procedures, and develop policies to evaluate establishment performance.
Human Resources: Recruit staff, oversee training, set work schedules, monitor staff performance, and address any personnel issues. Financial & Budgeting: Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, control inventory, manage pricing, and modify procedures to increase profitability.Supply Chain: Negotiate arrangements and contracts with suppliers for food, beverages, and other essential materials. Customer Service & Marketing: Resolve severe customer complaints, ensure a high quality of service, and participate in developing marketing or promotional strategies .Event Planning: Negotiate with clients for catering services, banquets, conventions, or receptions. Health & Safety: Ensure all food safety, employment laws, and liquor regulations are strictly followed. Hiring and training staff, managing inventory (including fresh produce and imported dry goods), enforcing health codes, tracking budgets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Vacancy posted 1 day ago
