Horaire de travail : Lundi au vendredi 40hres/semaine

Concrètement, dans ce poste tu t’occuperas de :

Effectuer les réclamations garanties de base et comptoir;
Assurer une présence dans l'atelier mécanique afin de supporter les techniciens dans des dossiers de réparations garanties;
Répondre à toutes demandes et faire les suivis appropriés (demandes de garantie, refus de garanties, paiements, crédits, etc.);
Faire suivi auprès des clients;Rangement et envoie des pièces chez les fabricants.

Expérience, formations et compétences qui seraient bien utiles :

Min. 1 an d'expérience dans un poste similaire (atout);
Excellent service à la clientèle;
Connaissances de la mécanique de véhicules lourds;
Habile avec l'informatique;Bilinguisme : français & anglais parlés couramment.
