Accounting Leadership: Finance Controller

Elevate financial processes as a Finance Controller with a focus on accounting leadership and ERP systems. Lead month-end closes, compliance, and team development in an evolving environment. This leadership role demands an experienced professional with a solid background in accounting, particularly within manufacturing. Over 8 years of experience, including 2+ years in management, is essential for advising on complex accounting issues and developing scalable internal controls. You will support budgeting, compliance, and mentorship of the accounting team. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements
- Support implementation of new financial systems
- Drive cost accounting methodologies tailored to manufacturing
- Create detailed reporting for leadership decision-making
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA preferred
- 8+ years of accounting experience
- Strong background in manufacturing accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
