Emphasis will be placed on cost accounting and the maintenance of high-quality financial statements while navigating the complexities of a manufacturing startup. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure thorough month-end close and gross margin analysis
- Oversee daily financial operations across business units
- Implement advancements in financial systems and controls
- Provide advice on accounting impacts of business operations
- Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required
- CPA and over 8 years of finance experience
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Proficient in ERP tools and data analytics
- Strong leadership and team building capabilities
