Customer Success Manager SaaS
Bucketlist Rewards and Recognition
Drive SaaS customer adoption and retention as a Customer Success Manager with Bucketlist Rewards, working remotely from anywhere in Canada.
This intermediate Customer Success Manager contract supports Bucketlist customers across a 13-month maternity leave term. You will manage relationships, monitor health signals, conduct business reviews, and identify growth opportunities. The role connects customer needs with platform value and product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships across an assigned book of business
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Onboarding, and Product teams
- Recommend strategies for optimizing Bucketlist platform usage
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and performance discussions
- Gather customer feedback to influence product enhancements
Requirements:
- At least three years of Customer Success Manager experience
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CRM software and customer success tools proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
Use customer success, SaaS, communication, and relationship-building expertise to grow Bucketlist Rewards accounts across Canada remotely.
