About the Role: We're looking for a friendly, organized, and solutions-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable supporting customers both face-to-face and virtually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, knowledgeable support to customers in-store and online (via phone, email, live chat, and social media)
- Assist with orders, returns, sizing questions, product availability, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, always aiming to exceed expectations
- Collaborate with the warehouse, retail floor, and buying teams to ensure seamless service
- Support online order fulfillment and curbside pickups as needed
- Maintain accurate customer records and communicate relevant information across teams
- Share product knowledge and styling suggestions when appropriate
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service (fashion experience is a plus!)
- A passion for helping people and making their day a little brighter
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable using technology (computer, tablet, phone, POS, live chat, etc.)
- Must be confident assisting customers both virtually and in-person
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week
- French language skills are required.
