Responsibilities

• Process and support reimbursement requests across customer operations and patient workflows
• Coordinate benefits documentation, case updates, and communications to advance case progression
• Identify and resolve routine reimbursement issues and documentation gaps
• Maintain accurate case records and system updates for operational visibility
• Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators for proactive problem-solving

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in reimbursement support, patient services, or healthcare operations
• Bilingual proficiency (French and English)
• Strong documentation and case management skills
• Certification in reimbursement or patient access preferred

Compensation: $45,900–$71,940 CAD annually
