Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant

Innomar Strategies, a Cencora specialty pharmacy company, seeks a Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant for their Edmonton operations. This entry-level position supports daily pharmacy workflows through medication labeling, inventory management, and order processing, with clear advancement opportunities into pharmacy assistant roles.
Responsibilities
- Label medications accurately according to protocols and regulatory requirements
- Prepare waybills and shipping documentation to meet daily courier deadlines
- Support inventory management including receiving and stocking medications
- Perform filing, scanning, and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records
- Assist with packing and shipping prescription orders following established procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- 2+ years pharmacy support, healthcare operations, or related operational experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
