- Accueillir les personnes qui se présentent, les diriger vers l'employé ou le service approprié
- Donner des renseignements d'ordre général aux clients et au grand public
- Obtenir et traiter les informations nécessaires pour servir la clientèle
- Utiliser un système standard ou téléphonique
- Commander des fournitures de bureau
- Enregistrer et acheminer les messages
- Fixer et confirmer des rendez-vous
- Envoyer les factures
- Tenir à jour des dossiers et des registres
- Recevoir et émettre des paiements
- Exécuter des tâches de bureau telles que classer, trier et distribuer le courrier
- Répondre au téléphone et transmettre les appels et les messages
- Mettre sur pied des conférences téléphoniques
- Calculer les frais d'appel
- Surveiller les appels des radiotéléphones mobiles
- Fournir des services d'assistance-annuaire
- Fournir des services d'urgence
- Fournir des services de relais pour personnes ayant une déficience
- Effectuer de l'entré de données
