• Lead field execution of civil scopes, emphasizing concrete works
• Review and interpret shop and rebar drawings accurately
• Develop and manage construction schedules aligned with project needs
• Monitor concrete and soils testing, taking corrective actions
• Foster a positive and inclusive project culture through mentorship Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in civil or industrial construction
• Strong background in concrete and underground utilities
• Proven leadership managing teams in construction environments
• Knowledge of soils and concrete testing procedures
