Project Manager In Civil Infrastructure (Winnipeg)

As a Project Manager at Aecon, you will oversee complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery. Your expertise will help manage risks, enforce safety protocols, and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders. You will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring they align with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects against budget, schedule, and quality goals
- Lead change order management and resolution processes
- Document and manage project risks effectively
- Develop solid understanding of project specifications
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or diploma in construction management or engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure
- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies
- PMP or P.Eng certification is an asset
- Experience working with public stakeholders
