Must Haves

• 10+ years as a Project Manager leading transformation projects within Financial Services
• Extensive experience managing Waterfall and Agile project lifecycles under established banking PMO frameworks
• PMP certification
• Ability to operate within IT project management environments following regular banking processes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualified education

Nice to Have

• Mortgage or lending product experience

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, implement, execute, and complete assigned projects in alignment with PMO methodology
• Ensure portfolio alignment and manage cross‑project dependencies including risks, issues, requirements, and design
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks, monitor milestones, and balance time, budget, and risk in project plans
• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define scope, prepare charters, and produce supporting documentation
• Provide oversight on project purpose and status to ensure goals and deliverables are met
• Manage communication, scope, schedule, risk assessment, quality, cost, and resources in a matrix structure
• Coordinate with QA and user teams for integration, UAT testing, and system deployment hand‑over
• Prepare documentation and checklists supporting successful implementation and operational transition
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and vendors to ensure early identification and escalation of issues
• Deliver timely project status updates to leadership, sponsors, and IT stakeholders
