Senior Project Manager - I&IT Initiatives

Lead transformative I&IT initiatives as a Senior Project Manager with OPS, working onsite at 40 St Clair Ave. This crucial role focuses on overseeing complex projects to meet strategic business requirements efficiently. In this 1-year contract role, you will manage large application development projects with a track record of over 10 years in project management. Your responsibilities include developing project schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring the project adheres to OPS methodologies. Proactive risk identification and strong communication with stakeholders are key to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex project implementation with fiscal control
• Develop integrated project schedules and manage deliverables
• Lead project teams and manage inter-personal dynamics
• Articulate and prioritize risks for executive stakeholders
• Promote adherence to OPS project management best practices

Requirements:

• 10+ years of managed project experience
• Experience with agile frameworks for project delivery
• Familiar with Jira and project management tools
• Proven success in leading project ceremonies and team alignment
• Experience with Siebel Public Sector preferred
