Lead Analytics & BI Manager - Scotiabank FUSE Initiative

Drive transformational client service as Scotiabank's Senior Manager of Analytics & BI for Service Interactions. Use data insights to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction. This leadership role not only aims to improve service interactions but also shapes strategies that align with the FUSE initiative. By analyzing operational data, you will translate insights into actions that deepen client relationships across multiple channels. Collaborate with departmental leads to maximize service journey effectiveness while adhering to compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of strategies based on client interaction analysis
- Partner with teams to develop and measure service delivery models
- Create insightful dashboards and reports on performance metrics
- Provide subject matter expertise in service interaction analytics
- Develop a team that thrives on inclusion and performance excellence
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's is a plus
- 5+ years of relevant financial sector analytics experience
- Strong knowledge in data tools including SQL and Azure Databricks
- Ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and data privacy practices
