Join a thriving private construction organization, recognized for its human approach and rigorous execution on the ground. You will take charge of various projects (public and private) and ensure operational performance, quality, and health and safety, while mentoring teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities — deliver safe, compliant, and profitable projects
- Plan work sequences and coordinate the daily execution of civil worksites (sewers, aqueducts, paving).
- Supervise work teams (3 to several employees depending on the project) and mobilize subcontractors around production priorities.
- Ensure compliance of work with plans and specifications, document control points, and manage necessary adjustments on-site.
- Apply and enforce health and safety requirements, intervene quickly on discrepancies, and contribute to prevention results.
- Track costs, quantities, and schedules using tracking tools (Excel, TPL) and report risks and discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and communicate progress, issues, and needs to the construction director.

Profile sought — essentials for success from the first weeks
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing civil engineering worksites (urban infrastructure).
- Technical training or a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or equivalent experience in supervising civil worksites.
- Mastery of reading plans and on-site execution related to sewer and aqueduct networks.
- Demonstrated ease in communication with clients and subcontractors, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proximity leadership and participatory supervision, capable of mobilizing teams in a high-activity context.
- Rigor, sense of priorities, and on-site judgment to maintain quality and performance despite the diversity of worksites.

Conditions — what is offered to support your performance
- Salary: $150,000.
- Annual bonus: 5 to 10% (individual performance, health and safety, company).

- Vacation: 4 weeks annually, including 2 paid weeks at Christmas.
- Schedule: 40 h/week, worksite hours (approximately 7 am to 4 pm), with flexibility depending on worksites and occasional telework for administrative meetings.
