- Support comprehensive capital planning and project management
- Develop procurement materials, including charters and business cases
- Monitor projects’ scope, budget, and risks proactively
- Foster effective communication with stakeholders and external partners
- Lead annual and multi-year renewal planning processes
- Degree in Architecture, Planning, or related field
- 5 years of management experience in project management
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
- PMP designation is an asset
- Financial acumen in budgeting and forecasting
