Health Solutions Relationship Manager

Become a key player in health solutions as a Relationship Manager. Build dynamic client partnerships that enhance revenue and satisfaction through strategic engagement and effective problem-solving. In this role, you will connect with clients, mainly at the C-suite level, to foster relationships and drive growth by introducing additional services. You'll oversee annual planning, strategize communications, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through active monitoring and risk management. Collaborating with internal delivery teams is crucial for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture executive client relationships
- Drive introduction of new Health Solutions
- Lead strategy and planning activities
- Monitor satisfaction levels and implement solutions
- Manage compliance in client onboarding and budgets
- Required hands-on experience in Health Benefits
- Track record of successful relationship management
- Strong Emotional Quotient/Intelligence (EQ)
- Curiosity and positive problem-solving mindset
- Life Insurance license mandatory within 12 months
