We are seeking an expert Senior Systems Analyst to provide high-level technical expertise, system design leadership, and operational analysis for enterprise-scale software solutions. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle of diverse I&IT initiatives through all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Acting as a foundational technical guide, you will translate complex business parameters into robust system blueprints, evaluate core infrastructure changes, and orchestrate the secure integration of mid-tier gateway applications and relational data layers to maximize platform performance.

Responsibilities
System Design & Architecture: Lead the technical analysis, modeling, and creation of detailed Technical and Application Design Documents matching established project frameworks.

Requirements Translation & UI Mapping: Gather operational business requirements and translate high-level business documents into detailed specifications, including the creation and management of wireframes based on Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

Enterprise Application Integration: Design, implement, and maintain service-oriented architecture (SOA) application configurations within J2EE and Java runtime environments, ensuring seamless connectivity across REST/SOAP APIs and relational Oracle databases.

Gateway Security & Privacy Engineering: Conduct thorough security, privacy, and accessibility gap analyses to ensure solutions align perfectly with strict digital compliance frameworks, secure messaging gateways, and centralized payment gateway architectures.

Technical Assessment & Triage: Provide intensive troubleshooting, structural root-cause analysis, and systematic system profiling to resolve complex technical blockers and infrastructure vulnerabilities.

Testing & Environment Deployment: Prepare, coordinate, and execute software package deployments into multi-tier test environments while leading rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) testing tracks.

Collaborative Leadership & Walkthroughs: Facilitate formal technical design walkthrough sessions with project engineering squads, providing clear technical advice, work estimation, and development milestone tracking.

Team Mentorship & Coaching: Provide technical direction, code review guidance, and professional coaching to junior analysts across all phases of application delivery and software integration.

Qualifications
Core Technical Seniority: 10+ years of progressive professional experience operating as a Systems Analyst or Solutions Designer within complex, high-governance IT environments.

Java & SOA Integration Expertise: Proven, hands-on master-level experience designing and implementing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) systems within a Java/J2EE framework, coupled with robust API and Oracle Database integrations.

Interface & Wireframe Design: Extensive experience creating, managing, and refining user interface wireframes directly derived from complex Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

Advanced Gateway Literacy: Functional knowledge and technical integration experience operating with secure messaging gateway systems and enterprise-grade Government Payment Gateways.

System Triage & Troubleshooting: Intensive, verified experience leading technical problem assessments, application debugging, and performance root-cause analyses.

Deployments & Quality Assurance: Demonstrated experience preparing and executing environment deployment packages into test tiers alongside managing end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) testing.

Governance & Standards Acumen: Experience preparing detailed gap analyses and recommendations to guarantee strict system compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and digital accessibility regulations.

Technical Documentation & Communication: Elite written skills with a proven track record of producing Application Design Documents and conducting technical design walkthrough sessions for cross-functional project teams.
