Senior Business Systems Analyst (Wealth Management & Data Services)
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Wealth Management, Regulatory Data Services, and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate will lead business and systems analysis initiatives involving clients, portfolios, accounts, transactions, and data warehouse solutions while supporting modernization and digital transformation programs.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams to define requirements, data mappings, and strategic solutions for legacy-to-modern platform transformations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business and systems analysis activities across wealth management platforms
- Analyze client, portfolio, account, and transaction data
- Prepare end-to-end data mapping and transformation documentation
- Support data warehouse and reporting initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Create functional and non-functional specifications
- Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in legacy system modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
- Support data migration and application rationalization efforts
- Work with architects and engineering teams on strategic solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Lead small projects and mentor junior analysts when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Wealth Management experience
- Prior Wealth Management experience
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or SAFe certifications
- Regulatory reporting experience
- Exposure to SEC, FINRA, MiFID II
- GDPR and CCPA knowledge
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
