Bilingual Customer Service Analyst in Scarborough

Join a leading banking client in Canada as a Bilingual Customer Service Analyst with a hybrid work model. Utilize your bilingual skills and customer service expertise to engage with clients effectively. This contract position offers a chance to work in Scarborough, balancing onsite and hybrid work with minimal office days. As a key member of the team, you will respond to Commercial Card inquiries and ensure service level agreements are met. Responsibilities include troubleshooting payment issues and collaborating with various bank departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries from Commercial Card Coordinators promptly
- Adhere to service level agreements in all interactions
- Redirect new replacement cards to correct addresses
- Log interactions for both internal and external clients
- Coordinate with vendors for problem resolution
- Fluent in English and French
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of TSYS and proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
