Gibraltar Project Manager in Commercial Construction

Gibraltar Holdings is seeking a Project Manager to drive commercial construction projects throughout the Lower Mainland. Take charge of project management by coordinating subcontractors and overseeing financial performance. In this role, you will be involved from the tender stage to project close-out, focusing primarily on off-site management aspects. Your expertise will ensure efficient budget preparation, scheduling, and client communication while collaborating closely with Site Managers for on-site execution. Apply your skills in a supportive team environment focused on growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings and create detailed scopes of work
- Manage tendering and pricing for subcontractors
- Develop and oversee project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate procurement and subcontractor activities
- Ensure ongoing communication with clients and consultants
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven background in tenant improvements
- Strong skills in reading construction drawings
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation
