Job Description
- Manage all stages of commercial fit-out projects, from initial planning to final handover.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery aligns with targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve any challenges or roadblocks that arise during construction activities.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source necessary materials and services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful **Commercial Fit Out Project Manager** should have:
- A strong background in construction project management within the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
