Construction Site Superintendent - Sewer and Watermain - Civil Contractor

Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of sewer and watermain construction projects in Oakville.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
- Provide leadership and direction to construction teams.
- Resolve on-site issues and implement solutions effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Superintendent - Sewer and Watermain should have:
- Proven experience in open cut sewer and watermain contracting projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and technical drawings.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and industry standards in Oakville.
