- Implement effective operational controls framework
- Drive clean month-end close and accurate reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable for large-scale operations
- Create forward-looking energetic rolling forecasts
- Oversee treasury and cash management systems
- CPA with 7+ years of finance experience
- Skilled in building finance operations from scratch
- Proficient in identifying and resolving process issues
- Comfortable making decisions with limited information
- Background in real estate or proptech is a plus
