In this vital role, you will have full accounting ownership, working alongside the Vice-President of Finance and the executive team to enhance financial strategies and procedures. Emphasis will be placed on cost accounting and the maintenance of high-quality financial statements while navigating the complexities of a manufacturing startup. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure thorough month-end close and gross margin analysis
• Oversee daily financial operations across business units
• Implement advancements in financial systems and controls
• Provide advice on accounting impacts of business operations
• Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required
• CPA and over 8 years of finance experience
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Proficient in ERP tools and data analytics
• Strong leadership and team building capabilities
