Technical Advisor for Microsoft 365

Transform customer technology experiences as a Technical Advisor at Softchoice. This customer-facing role emphasizes M365 deployment and utilization with Microsoft best practices. As a Technical Advisor in Softchoice's Advisory Services, you will play a vital role in helping customers effectively use Microsoft 365 licenses. Your technical expertise will guide deployments of M365 and Copilot, ensuring customers succeed by employing essential tools and methodologies. Daily collaboration with your team and leveraging Microsoft FastTrack resources will be integral to overcoming technical challenges and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer-centric technical planning and deployment guidance
- Assist customers using Microsoft deployment guides
- Collaborate with team members on technical issue resolutions
- Stay informed through Microsoft FastTrack Community interactions
- Optimize service delivery to enhance customer success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience with Office 365 and Intune
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure technologies
- Competence in Microsoft collaborative systems
- Microsoft Certifications preferred
