- Diriger les implémentations de solutions Microsoft 365 personnalisées
- Animer des discussions techniques avec les clients exécutifs
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
- Maintenir une documentation exhaustive sur les solutions déployées
- Offrir un encadrement aux membres juniors de l’équipe
- Baccalauréat en informatique ou domaine connexe
- Minimum 7 ans en TI, dont 5 ans en Microsoft 365
- Solides compétences en prise de parole et relations interpersonnelles
- Certifications Microsoft pertinentes souhaitées
- Connaissance de PowerShell et de l’API Graph
