Dynamics 365 Developer for Insurance Sector

Join our Toronto team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer specializing in the Insurance sector. Drive innovation by designing and maintaining tailored CRM solutions. This hybrid role requires a qualified developer with 8–10 years of CRM experience. You'll collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to create effective technical solutions. Your hands-on expertise in plugins and APIs will enhance our CRM applications’ performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Develop efficient business processes and workflows
- Build integrations between D365 and other applications
- Participate in design discussions and conduct code reviews
- Resolve issues to ensure optimal system performance
- 8–10 years of CRM development experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms
- Familiar with Dataverse, CRM customization, and APIs
- Experience in the Insurance industry
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
