Become a driving force in customer engagement with Long View as a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant. Your knowledge will be essential in crafting innovative Microsoft solutions. This role offers a strategic opportunity as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Consultant at Long View, based in any of our major branches. Your contributions will enable organizations to enhance their customer-facing processes through tailored Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform functionalities. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Design deployment strategies for Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Conduct workshops for requirements and process evaluations
- Implement Dynamics 365 CE features
- Create integrations using the Microsoft Power Platform
- Support ongoing improvements and troubleshooting post-deployment
- 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform implementation
- Strong experience with multiple Dynamics modules
- Skilled in translating business needs to technical designs
- Familiarity with CRM best practices
- Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities
