MANDAT
Sous la supervision de la direction de l’école et du Service des ressources matérielles, vous serez responsable d’assurer la propreté, la sécurité et le bon fonctionnement du bâtiment de l’école et de ses environs.
- Vous superviserez le personnel de conciergerie de l’école afin que les tâches soient réparties et accomplies adéquatement.
- Vous serez responsable de contrôler et de gérer l’inventaire des produits de nettoyage ainsi que de préparer des commandes au besoin.
- Vous assisterez aux réunions et sessions de formation lorsque convoqué(e).
- Vous serez responsable de la planification des travaux d’entretien, et de leur coordination, vous évaluerez les résultats de l’entretien et vous ferez la gestion des demandes de services.
- Vous effectuerez toute autres fonctions d’opération et de gestion du bâtiment et du site de l’école, selon les besoins et tel qu’assigné par la direction de l’école ou le Service des ressources matérielles.
- Vous serez responsable de l’ouverture et la fermeture de l’école.
EXIGENCES REQUISES
- Vous possédez un diplôme d’études secondaires ainsi qu’une technique en mécanique du bâtiment ou le cours en chauffage « BES-701 » ou une combinaison équivalente académique et pratique.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais.
- Vous possédez un minimum de trois années d’expérience pertinente en milieu scolaire.
- Vous avez un sens de l’organisation développé, vous faites preuve d’initiative et savez coordonner le travail d’une équipe.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des systèmes mécaniques et des machines et produits de nettoyage.
- Les candidats provenant de l’externe seront soumis à un test physique avant d’obtenir la confirmation de l’obtention du poste advenant que leur candidature serait retenue suivant une entrevue.
- En vertu du règlement 521/01 , toute personne employée par un conseil scolaire doit fournir un relevé d’antécédents criminels pour le secteur vulnérable , émis dans les six derniers mois, avant d’entrer en fonction.
RÉMUNÉRATION
- Selon la grille salariale prévue dans la convention collective en vigueur. Le taux horaire est de 29,86$ durant la période probatoire d’une durée de 6 mois et de 31,25$ de l’heure après 6 mois.
