Job Responsibility:
Purpose: Under the direction of the Concierge and Facilities Coordinator, this position will provide a high level of customer service at the main Schulich School of Business and McEwen Concierge Desks to students, staff, guests and visitors, other members of the York community and the general public. offering directions. dispensing general information about the building, its facilities, and special events, plus receiving and returning lost and found items. Education: High School Diploma Experience: Minimal experience in a customer service role Skills: Good interpersonal and communications skills. ability to answer questions in a clear, concise and professional manner. Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy Ability to deal calmly, courteously and effectively with people Additional Notes: Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
