Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, BISHA, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Toronto. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Position Summary: The Chef Concierge leads the Concierge team in providing outstanding guest service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs before, during, and after their stay. This role requires an individual with extensive local knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strong network of contacts to enhance the guest experience and uphold luxury service standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Concierge operations ensuring seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
• Act as a key point of contact for guests and VIPs, delivering personalized recommendations, reservations, and arrangements.
• Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, restaurants, entertainment venues, and transportation providers.
• Develop and train the Concierge team to deliver exceptional service, with a focus on local knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with other departments to support guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
• Manage guest requests, special arrangements, and preferences with discretion and efficiency.
• Handle complaints and feedback graciously, turning potential issues into positive guest experiences.
• Monitor department budget and expenses as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, events, and promotions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Concierge role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Proven leadership experience with strong team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Membership in Les Clefs d'Or (preferred, not required).
